Delicate item cleaning, such as chandeliers.
Internal cleaning of machines (like laundry or kitchen appliances, and industrial equipment).
Concurrent service with other providers.
Dormitories and Greek houses.
Extensive junk removal or hoarding situations.
Intense scrubbing of painted walls, to prevent damage.
Medical or hospital-grade sanitation.
Moving objects over 50lbs.
Outdoor spaces and external items.
Post-cleaning following an unrelated service.
Carpet steaming or shampooing.
Situations posing safety risks.
Operations without essential utilities (water, electricity, etc.).
High cleaning beyond the reach of a two-step ladder (extendable tools used for higher dusting).
External cleaning (windows, patios, garages).
Grout/Tile renewal
Wet-wiping of light bulbs and sensitive electrical items.

Terms

A 50% cancellation fee applies if a job is unfeasible upon arrival.
